ラミニスタ 2019 キリ・ヤーニ 750ml | 赤ワイン ギリシャ
Raminista is produced by Kir-Yianni, a winemaker based in Naoussa, one of northern Greece’s renowned wine regions. Made from Xinomavro, an indigenous Greek black grape variety, this wine is highly rare worldwide.
The distinctive character known as the “Nebbiolo of the North,” from the 2019 vintage
As its name suggests (meaning “sour black” in Greek), Xinomavro is a grape variety with high acidity and tannins, and is sometimes compared to Italy’s Nebbiolo and France’s Pinot Noir. Raminista combines a powerful structure, rich aromas, and excellent aging potential, offering a complex flavor profile reminiscent of Barolo.
Recommended serving suggestions
It pairs exceptionally well with richly flavored dishes such as grilled lamb, Greek moussaka, and aged cheeses.
