Steinberger Riesling Kabinett 750ml | White Wine Germany
Kloster Eberbach, a Cistercian monastery in Germany's Rheingau region, has a history dating back to the 12th century. This historic Riesling comes from Steinberg, its walled monopole vineyard.
Description
Made with 100% Riesling. Steinberg is known as a Riesling-only monopole (a single-owner vineyard), with its approximately 30-hectare vineyard entirely enclosed by stone walls. This fresh white wine has a long finish, harmoniously combining the delicate, slightly sweet character unique to Kabinett with aromas reminiscent of citrus, orange peel, and bergamot, along with a mineral quality like wet stone.
Recommended serving
Pairs well with Japanese and Chinese cuisine, as well as spicy dishes. Enjoy well chilled.
