1934年にドイツで誕生したイエーガーマイスターは、56種類のハーブやスパイス、果実をブレンドし、樽で熟成させて仕上げるリキュールです。「狩人の親方」を意味する名前の通り、力強く複雑な味わいが特長で、世界中のバーで愛されています。アルコール度数35%としっかりとした度数を持ちながら、ハーブの香りと甘苦い後味が独特の個性を生み出しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
キンキンに冷やしてショットで楽しむのが定番の飲み方で、食後酒としても人気です。ジンジャーエールで割ればさらに飲みやすく、コーラ割りも定番の楽しみ方です。少量をロックで、じっくりとハーブの香りを味わうのもおすすめです。
