1860年にイタリアで誕生したカンパリは、ビターオレンジ、キャラウェイ、コリアンダー、リンドウの根など60種類以上の原料をブレンドして仕上げるリキュールです。鮮やかな赤い色合いと独特の苦みが特長で、世界中のバーで定番として愛されています。アルコール度数25%としっかりとした度数を持ちながら、爽やかな苦みが食前酒にぴったりの一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ソーダで割る「カンパリソーダ」が定番の飲み方で、爽やかな苦みと炭酸が食欲をそそります。オレンジジュースと合わせれば飲みやすい「カンパリオレンジ」に。ロックでじっくりと本来の風味を味わうのもおすすめです。
