幻の酒米と呼ばれ、一時栽培が途絶えた後に復活栽培された「広島錦」を、大吟醸クラスまで贅沢に磨き上げた純米大吟醸酒。地元広島の素材にこだわり抜いた賀茂鶴酒造が、その米の個性を最大限に引き出すべく高精白で仕込んだ特別な一本です。180mlの小瓶なので、まずは試してみたいという方にも手が届きやすいサイズになっています。
