This shochu is a blend of black koji sweet potato shochu, which has a rich flavor and aroma from partially using earthenware pot-aged shochu, and clear-tasting Kourui shochu.
It achieves the characteristic aroma and richness of sweet potato shochu while remaining crisp.
Ingredients: Shochu Kourui (domestically produced) 90% (molasses), Shochu Otsurui 10% (sweet potato, rice koji (Thai-grown rice, domestically grown rice))
Alcohol content: 25 degrees
