The "3-Tannen" series inherits the techniques of Könninger, a renowned fruit brandy manufacturer in Germany. William Pear is made from carefully selected, ripe William pears grown in the Tyrol region of Southern Germany and the Rhône Valley. It features a luxurious production method that uses two types of pears—deep yellow and reddish—and a generous amount of up to 15kg of pears to produce just 1 liter of brandy. By removing impurities through double distillation and extracting only the heart of the distillate, the result is an elegant flavor that highlights the delicate aroma and soft sweetness inherent in the pear.
Recommended Serving Suggestions
Enjoy the pear aroma thoroughly by serving it chilled and neat. It is also widely used as a standard confectionery brandy, alongside kirsch, and is recommended for flavoring tarts and mousses.
