Carefully selected ingredients and preparation

Togouchi Whisky is carefully distilled in traditional pot stills using carefully selected malt and pristine water. This process yields a new make characterized by fruity and estery aromas.

Unique aging environment

The whisky is aged in the Togouchi Tunnel, located deep in the mountains of northwestern Hiroshima. This tunnel maintains a cool and high-humidity environment throughout the year and is characterized by a mystical atmosphere enveloped in mist. This unique environment imparts a distinctive aroma, flavor, and depth to the whisky.

Aroma

Rich estery aromas of banana, apple, and melon spread luxuriously. Hints of vanilla and young grass can also be detected.
