Saijo, located in the central part of Hiroshima Prefecture, is a town in a high-altitude basin 200 meters above sea level. Despite being in western Japan, it is a cold region with an average winter temperature of 5 degrees Celsius.
Kamoizumi Junmai Ginjo Koshu is a mellow and rich sake. Please enjoy it at room temperature or lukewarm with meat dishes or Chinese cuisine.

While it is generally believed that sake conditioning should last only one year, we have intentionally challenged this notion. Please thoroughly enjoy the depth and mysterious flavor of sake that has awakened from a quiet sleep in our earthen cellar for 4 to 5 years.
