Aka Kirishima 25% ABV 900ml
This authentic imo shochu is made using the rare purple sweet potato "Murasaki Masari" as its main ingredient. It is characterized by an elegant, noble aroma and a lingering sweetness. With a clean finish unique to white koji fermentation, it is also recommended for those new to imo shochu.
Recommended Ways to Enjoy
Enjoy it on the rocks, with water, or mixed with hot water, however you prefer. The gorgeous aroma derived from the purple sweet potato is even more pronounced when served with hot water.
