Tasting Notes
・Nose: Poached bear and persimmon mascarpone, marmalade toast with vanilla wafers.
・Palate: Mandarin orange jelly and crisp salted lemon, brown sugar yokan and rich dried persimmon.
・Finish: Pepper crackers and ginger syrup, lemon zest, dark chocolate leading to a quiet peat.
