Arran Sauternes Cask | Official Product Arran Distillery Single Malt Whisky
Arran Sauternes Cask
Arran Sauternes Cask was first matured in traditional oak casks, then additionally matured in empty casks from French sweet noble rot wine.
Bottled at 50% ABV, without coloring or chill-filtration, to deliver the full, authentic flavor of the whisky.
The color is gold. The aroma offers honey, banana, and a hint of saltiness alongside bitter orange peel, with vanilla, sultanas, and toasted oak emerging from deeper notes. The flavor is predominantly sweet honey, complemented by apricot, melon, and white grapes. The finish brings oak spices and sweet and savory salted vanilla ice cream melting on the tongue.
