Ballindalloch 2015 Vintage Release 700ml | Single malt Scotch whisky, United Kingdom
Everything from barley cultivation to bottling, all carried out on the estate.
Founded in 2014 in Speyside, Scotland, Ballindalloch Distillery is a “single-estate distillery” where everything from barley cultivation to malting, distillation, and maturation is carried out on its own grounds. It was established by Guy Macpherson-Grant, the 23rd laird of Ballindalloch Castle, based on the philosophy of “made on the family estate, for the family.” The distillery is also committed to traditional equipment, including wooden washbacks and small pot stills.
This vintage release was distilled in 2015. It is a rare single malt produced in extremely limited quantities each year.
Recommended serving
Enjoy it neat first, taking your time to savor the delicate, elegant flavors created by hand-picked barley and traditional production methods. Adding a small amount of water allows the aromas to open up further.
