1958年、醸造家アルナルド・リヴェラの呼びかけで発足したバローロの生産者協同組合、テッレ・デル・バローロ。バローロを生産する11村すべてに畑を持つ、地域を代表する造り手です。
内容紹介
ネッビオーロ100%を使用し、規定に基づく長期熟成を経て造られるバローロDOCG。2003年から蔵に携わり2007年からヘッド・ワインメーカーを務めるダニエーレ・ポンツォ氏が、伝統的な製法を守りながら現代的な精度を加えています。ドライフルーツやなめし革を思わせる複雑な香りと、しっかりとしたタンニンが特徴です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みや、熟成したチーズとの相性が抜群です。デキャンタージュしてから飲むとより香りが開きます。
