内容紹介
このブラン・ド・ノワールは、ヴェルズネイ、マイィ、ヴェルジィ、ブジィという4つのグラン・クリュ村から収穫した一番搾りのピノ・ノワールのみを使用。糖度を抑えたエクストラ・ブリュット仕立てで、瓶内熟成は約3年に及びます。グレープフルーツや金柑、マンダリンといった柑橘の香りに、サクランボなど赤い果実のニュアンス、春の花を思わせる繊細な香りが重なり、キレのある酸味ときめ細かな泡立ちが調和した味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
寿司や刺身など、繊細な旨みを持つ和食との相性が抜群です。食前酒として、じっくりと香りの変化を楽しみながら味わうのもおすすめです。
