1860年、ミラノで生まれたイタリアのビターリキュール「カンパリ」。鮮やかな赤とほろ苦さで、カクテルに欠かせない定番の一本。たっぷり使える1000mlの正規品です。
ミラノ生まれ、鮮やかな赤のほろ苦いリキュール
カンパリは、1860年にガスパーレ・カンパリがミラノで生み出したリキュールです。レシピは今も非公開。ビターオレンジをはじめとするハーブや果実、スパイスを使っているといわれ、ほろ苦さと柑橘の香り、ほのかな甘さが一体になった独特の味わいです。アルコール度数は25度。
おすすめの楽しみ方
定番はカンパリソーダとカンパリオレンジ。グレープフルーツジュースで割るのもおすすめです。ジンとスイートベルモットを合わせれば、クラシックカクテルの「ネグローニ」に。1000mlサイズなので、家飲みでいろいろな割り方を試したい方や、ホームパーティーにも便利です。
