サンテミリオン特級格付けシャトーのひとつ、シャトー・ベルリケ。1740年代に遡る歴史ある畑を持ち、石灰岩の台地、粘土質の斜面、砂質土壌という3つの異なるテロワールを併せ持つ9.5haの畑から生まれるワインです。2017年からはシャネルの傘下に入り、醸造家ニコラ・オードベールのもとでさらなる磨きがかけられています。
内容紹介
メルロー70%、カベルネ・フラン30%で構成される2019年は、チェリーやベリー、スミレ、甘いスパイス、下草を思わせる複雑な香りが特徴です。ミディアムからフルボディで、なめらかでシームレスな質感と豊かな凝縮感を持ちながら、瑞々しい酸ときめ細かなタンニンが上品な余韻へと導きます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
エレガントな果実味と滑らかなタンニンを持つ本作は、鴨肉のロティやキノコを使った煮込み料理、熟成タイプのチーズとの相性が抜群です。デキャンタージュして少し時間を置くことで、香りの複雑さがより引き立ちます。
