内容紹介
ソーヴィニョン・ブラン65%、セミヨン35%で構成され、2019年は手作業で選別したぶどうを新樽比25%で樫発酵し、泠の上で10ヶ月熟成させています。レモンピールや白胡椒、白花、ミント、砂岩を思わせる香りが繊細に層をなし、軽やかな飲み心地の中に引き締まった奥行きを感じさせます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
白身魚のポワレや甲殻類のクリームソース料理、フレッシュチーズなどと相性が良く、少し液温を上げて飲み進めると香りの変化も楽しめます。
