シャトー・クレール・ミロンは、ポイヤックの2つの1級シャトー、ラフィットとムートンに隣接する畑を持つ、メドック格付け第5級シャトー。荒廃していた畑をバロン・フィリップ・ド・ロスチャイルドが買収し、家族が所有する他の2つのシャトーに並ぶ「相応しい地位」を取り戻すべく力を注いできました。
内容紹介
2020年は、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン48%、メルロー34%、カベルネ・フラン14%、プティ・ヴェルド3%、カルムネール1%という、シャトーらしい複雑なブレンド比率で仕込まれています。カシスやブラックチェリー、グラファイトや砕いた石を思わせるミネラル感のある香りに、きめ細かなタンニンと純粋な果実味が調和した、フルボディの味わいに仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
じっくりと火を入れた牛肉のロティやジビエ料理など、しっかりとした味わいの肉料理との相性が抜群です。長期熟成にも向く一本のため、デキャンタージュしてゆっくりと楽しむのもおすすめです。
