内容紹介
メルロー53%、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン42%、プティ・ヴェルド3.5%、カベルネ・フラン1.5%というブレンドの2016年は、黒さくらんぼやカシスのペーストに、ほんのりとしたスミレの香りが重なります。酸味のバランスが良く、塩気を思わせる味わいの中にも繊細なタンニン構造が実感できる仕上がりです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
牛肉のグリルや牛頸肉の煮込み、熟成チーズなどとの相性が良く、ディナーの主役になる一本です。抜栓後は少し時間を置くことで香りがより開きます。
