内容紹介
2019年は、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン83%という高い比率で仕込まれた、シャトーの持ち味が存分に発揮されたヴィンテージ。鮮やかな紫色に、完熟したブラックチェリーやカシスの濃密な香りが立ち上がり、湿った土や研いだばかりの鉛筆、鉄を思わせる複雑なニュアンスが重なります。肉厚でありながら、きめ細かなタンニンが上品にまとまった味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
じっくりと火を入れた牛肉のロティやラム肉料理など、しっかりとした肉料理との相性が抜群です。長期熟成にも向く一本のため、デキャンタージュしてゆっくりと楽しむのもおすすめです。
