内容紹介
2013年は、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン60%、メルロー35%、カベルネ・フラン4%、プティ・ヴェルド1%のブレンド。すみれやメントール、なめし革、砕いた石を思わせる複雑な香りに、野いちごやシダーのニュアンスが重なります。口当たりは滑らかで、樽の風味が果実味と綺麗に溶け合った、ピノ・ノワールを思わせるようなきめ細かな質感が特徴です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
鴨肉のロティや、ハーブを効かせた仔羊料理など、香り豊かな肉料理との相性が抜群です。抜栓後、少し時間をおいて香りが開くのを待ってから楽しむのもおすすめです。
