This wine comes from the village of Chorey-les-Beaune in the northern Côte de Beaune, which is also home to Domaine Tollot-Beaut. Founded in 1880, the family's fifth generation continues to cultivate their vineyards.
Tasting Notes
This is a village-appellation wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on approximately 6 hectares of their own vineyards. While it previously had a light image, recent years have seen a trend towards more concentrated fruit due to climate influences, making it suitable not only for chicken and terrines but also for beef dishes.
Recommended Pairing
This wine is perfect for everyday meals, such as chicken terrine or roast chicken, or teriyaki beef dishes.
