The CHOYA AGED 3 YEARS is CHOYA's signature aged plum liqueur, carefully matured for more than three years. It received Gold Awards at the International Spirits Challenge (ISC) in 2016 and 2017, and a Platinum Award at the London Sake Challenge in 2018.
Description
Made with 100% Kishu Nanko plums, this plum liqueur is quietly aged for more than three years in storage tanks designed to minimize exposure to light, temperature fluctuations, and air. The extended aging process creates a rich aroma reminiscent of brandy, along with a smooth yet complex finish. With an alcohol content of 15%, this is an exceptional bottle that transcends the boundaries of plum liqueur and deserves to be savored slowly.

Enjoy it neat or on the rocks to fully appreciate the gradual changes in aroma brought about by aging. Pour it into a brandy glass and savor it slowly after a meal.
