Winemaking Philosophy
Crémant de Bourgogne Brut 2020 is a sparkling wine made using the painstaking traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. This traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) results in fine bubbles, a smooth texture, and a profound flavor. It is a premium sparkling wine that meets the strict regulations of the Burgundy region and has undergone a minimum of 9 months of aging in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
This Crémant de Bourgogne features a clear, slightly greenish-yellow hue. Fine bubbles rise in the glass, and the aroma offers nuances of green apple, pear, and grapefruit.
