クリスタルタイプの特徴
結晶の大きさがそろっていて、ロックタイプに比べて粒は小さめです。計量しやすく、瓶に入れたときも均一になじみます。メーカーによると、果実酒づくりではクリスタルとロックのどちらを使っても仕上がりにほとんど差はないため、使いやすさやお好みで選んでいただけます。
おすすめの使い方
