砂糖メーカー・ウェルネオシュガー（旧 日新製糖）の「カップ印」氷砂糖のロックタイプです。梅酒や果実酒、シロップづくりに欠かせない定番品です。
ロックタイプの特徴
かち割り氷のように、大きさも形もさまざまな大粒の結晶です。瓶の中でゆっくり溶けていくので、果実のエキスをじっくり引き出したいときにも向いています。見た目にも昔ながらの"梅酒づくり"らしい雰囲気が楽しめます。
おすすめの使い方
梅酒をはじめ、レモン酒やいちご酒などの果実酒、梅シロップや果実シロップづくりにおすすめです。ホワイトリカーや焼酎、ブランデーなどと合わせて、季節の果実でご家庭ならではの一本をお楽しみください。
