"Daichi no Koki" is an authentic long-aged sweet potato shochu produced by Unkai Shuzo, using carefully selected Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes from southern Kyushu, with the原酒 (genshu - undiluted sake) matured in oak barrels for an extended period.
