大七酒造は、福島県二本松市で生酛（きもと）造りを守り続ける酒蔵です。「大七 生もと梅酒」は、紀州産の南高梅を、蔵自慢の純米生酛原酒に漬け込んで造る日本酒ベースの梅酒。梅のふくよかな香りと、生酛の酒ならではの奥行きある旨みが重なります。和りきゅうる試飲会で4年連続第一位を獲得し、地酒大SHOWではプラチナ賞の殿堂入りを果たしました。アルコール度数は12度です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元がすすめる飲み頃は10〜13℃。冷蔵庫から出して少し置いたくらいの温度で、ストレートのまま食前酒やデザートと一緒にどうぞ。300mlは二人で味わうのにちょうどいい量で、日本酒好きの方への手土産や、ちょっとしたお祝いの贈り物にも喜ばれます。
