フランス・ボルドー地方のオー・メドック地区に位置するシャトー・ソシアンド・マレが造る「ラ ドモワゼル ド ソシアンドマレ 2017 750ml」です。まろやかに熟した果実の風味がたっぷり詰まった上質な辛口赤ワインは、特別な日のディナーや大切な方への贈り物に最適です。
粘土・石灰岩の下層土を覆う砂利と粘土質土壌で育ったメルロー、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、カベルネ・フランを絶妙にブレンドしています。温度管理されたステンレスの大桶と、一列になったコンクリートの大桶で30日間発酵させる伝統的な製法を採用。その後、フレンチオークの新樽100%で12ヶ月間じっくりと熟成させ、半年ごとにラッキング（澱引き）を行うことで、ワインに深い複雑さと洗練された味わいを与えています。
ジャムのような濃密な香りと味わい
グラスに注ぐと、黒果実の豊かな香りが立ち上り、ほのかにジャムのような濃縮されたプラムのニュアンスが心地よく重なります。口に含むと、まろやかで十分に熟した果実味がたっぷりと広がり、ふくよかでエレガントな余韻をお楽しみいただけます。
おすすめの楽しみ方・ペアリング
しっかりとしたボディと豊かな果実味を持つこのワインは、ステーキなどの赤身肉の料理や、熟成が進んだハードタイプのチーズと素晴らしい相性を見せます。ワイン本来の繊細な香りや風味を存分に引き出すため、18℃程度の温度でサーブしていただくのがおすすめです。
