Blanco, to preserve the fresh flavor of the agave, is not aged for a long period but bottled immediately after distillation, resulting in a clear type. It is characterized by a citrusy, fruity aroma and a spicy, peppery finish, and can be enjoyed straight or as a cocktail base.

It is particularly popular as a base for cocktails such as Margaritas and Palomas, but you can also enjoy the authentic agave flavor directly on the rocks or straight. Adding a lime wedge will further enhance its refreshing taste.
