南フランス・ラングドックの生産者フォンカリュが造る、ペイ ドックのシャルドネ。フレンチオークで澱とともに熟成させた白ワインです。
白い花とハチミツ、リッチでしなやかな白
稲葉によると、グリーンがかった淡い黄色。白い花や熟した果実の魅力的で複雑なアロマの中に、かすかにハチミツの要素があります。リッチでエレガント、とてもしなやかな口当たりです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
10℃前後に冷やして。鶏のクリーム煮、グラタン、ホタテのバター焼きなど、コクのある料理と合わせてどうぞ。
