Yatsushika Shuzo's "Ginza no Suzume Kohaku" is aged in bourbon whiskey barrels sourced from a distillery in Kentucky, USA. It features a smoky oak aroma created by charring the inside of the barrels.

By carefully aging shochu made from 100% barley and barley koji in bourbon barrels, we bring out the smooth texture derived from the barrel and a rich, smoky aroma. This is a luxurious, limited-edition bottle.
