ゴッセは1584年にアイ村でピエール・ゴッセ氏によって創業された、シャンパーニュ地方最古のメゾンです。17世代にわたり家族経営を貫いてきましたが、1993年にコニャックのコワントロー家に引き継がれ、現在もその伝統的なスタイルを守り続けています。
内容紹介
グラン・ロゼは、シャルドネとピノ・ノワールをほぼ同量でブレンドし(ピノ・ノワールの一部はスティルワインとして8パーセント程度加えられます)、アヴィズ、アンボネイ、ブジー、キュイ、ピエリー、リイ・ラ・モンターニュといったグラン・クリュ、プルミエ・クリュ産のぶどうを使用しています。ステンレスタンクで発酵させマロラクティック発酵は行わず、6年から8年熟成のリザーブワインを15パーセントブレンドすることで、ゴッセらしい純粋さと持続性のある味わいを実現しています。

食前酒としてはもちろん、サーモンのマリネや鴨肉料理など、幅広い料理との相性が良く、繊細な泡立ちと骨格のある味わいをじっくりと楽しんでいただけます。
