ブルゴーニュの名門メゾン、ルイ・ラトゥールが手がける「グラン・アルデッシュ シャルドネ」。コルトン・シャルルマーニュで名高い同社が、1970〜80年代に将来性を見出し開拓した南フランス・アルデッシュ地方で造る白ワインです。
ブルゴーニュの技術を南仏の地で
アルデッシュ地区の畑から毎年最良の区画を選んで収穫したシャルドネを使用。搾汁後、樽内でマロラクティック発酵を行い、ルイ・ラトゥール自社製樽（ミディアムトーストのフレンチオーク、新樽比率約20%）で約10か月熟成させています。淡い黄色に、フレッシュなアプリコットやアーモンド、ヴァニラを思わせる複雑で奥行きのある香りが特徴です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
樽由来のふくよかな風味を持つため、クリーム系のパスタや鶏肉料理、チーズなどコクのある料理との相性が良い一本です。
