日本酒の技を生かした、黄麹三段仕込みの米焼酎
「よろしく千萬あるべし」は、新潟県の八海醸造が造る本格米焼酎です。日本酒の醸造技術を取り入れ、清酒酵母と黄麹で三段仕込み。発酵の途中で清酒粕を加え、吟醸酒を思わせる香りのもろみを減圧蒸留し、2年以上貯蔵して仕上げています。蔵元は「落ち着いた品格のある香り」と表現しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
吟醸香を思わせる香りを楽しむなら、ロックや冷やしたストレートで。水割りにすると和食に合わせやすくなります。刺身、天ぷら、のどぐろの塩焼きなど、日本酒に合わせるような料理と一緒にどうぞ。
