広島県東広島市・西条の地で三百五十年余り酒を醸してきた白牡丹酒造が手がける、火入れを一度だけに抑えた生貯蔵タイプの純米吟醸です。搾りたてに近いフレッシュな香りを瓶内にそのまま閉じ込め、小容量の300mlならではの飲み切りやすさも魅力の一本です。
内容紹介
生貯蔵酒は、火入れ（加熱処理）を出荷直前の一度だけに留めることで、生酒らしいみずみずしい香りと軽やかな口当たりを残したまま流通させられるのが特長です。白牡丹の軟水仕込みらしい、やわらかく丸みのある米の甘みに、吟醸酵母由来のほのかな果実香が重なり、キレのある後口へとつながります。冷蔵での取り扱いを前提に造られているため、開栓後は冷やした状態での早めの飲み切りがおすすめです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてワイングラスで香りを立たせるのはもちろん、刺身や白身魚のカルパッチョなど、素材の繊細な味わいを活かした料理との相性が抜群です。300mlサイズなので、晩酌はもちろん、季節の変わり目に「今だけの味」を少量ずつ楽しみたいときにもちょうど良いサイズです。
