"Ishi no Kura kara" is a storage-aged shochu with an alcohol content of 17%, pre-diluted with natural water from the Kirishima mountain range for an optimal blend, allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness of the unblended sake aged in oak barrels as it is. You can enjoy the refreshing, sweet, and soft aroma, like vanilla, from the oak barrel aging, and the mellow, settled umami from the maturation. It's a proven product, having won a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (2022).
Recommended way to enjoy
Since it's already pre-diluted to 17 degrees, you can easily achieve an authentic taste by simply serving it on the rocks with ice.
