I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve captivates with its profound taste, combining the rich flavor of premium bourbon with the elegant and smooth characteristics of fine Cabernet wine.

It undergoes a meticulous two-stage maturation process, aging for four years in new American oak barrels, followed by further maturation in Californian Cabernet barrels. This process expertly blends the sweet, caramel and vanilla notes typical of bourbon with the astringency and spiciness derived from the Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. A subtle hint of dark berry fruitiness can also be detected.

The finish is characterized by a long-lasting aftertaste reminiscent of fine wine.

It is best enjoyed neat, but can also be savored on the rocks.
