Oshukubai plums, nurtured by the bounty of nature, are used lavishly and carefully pickled entirely by hand.
The umeshu, stored year after year, matures through eons of time,
resulting in a rich body and mellow acidity.

Authentic umeshu made with 100% "Oshukubai" plums from Kamiyama Town, Tokushima Prefecture.
After pickling Oshukubai plums, which have thick skins and strong acidity, and extracting the plum components over approximately one year,
it was stored in a single tank for a long period of 10 years.
The plum-derived acidity mellows over the storage period, and combined with the aged richness, it results in a smooth mouthfeel and deep flavor.

This is a luxurious item, bottled as undiluted umeshu from a single year's production,
stored in a single tank without blending with umeshu from other years, and without water adjustment.
