内容紹介
元和9年（1623年）創業、宮内庁御用達としても知られる賀茂鶴酒造。「純米酒」は、米と米こうじだけで丁寧に醸し、醸造アルコールを加えずに仕上げた蔵の基本形ともいえる一本です。精米歩合65%まで磨いた米を、日本酒度+4というやや辛口の設計に仕上げており、後味のキレの良さが持ち味。1.8Lや720mlサイズで長く親しまれてきた銘柄を、一人分にちょうど良い300mlサイズでご用意しました。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷やしてすっきりと、または常温・ぬる燗でお米の旨みをじっくり楽しんでいただけます。一人晩酌や、色々な銘柄を少量ずつ試したい飲み比べにもぴったりのサイズです。焼き魚や煮物など、家庭料理全般に寄り添う懐の深い純米酒です。
