令和6年の「萬年」吟醸
酒販店の紹介によると、亀齢酒造は明治元年（1868年）創業。長寿の象徴「鶴は千年、亀は万年」にあやかって「亀齢」と名付けられ、軟水を生かした甘口が主流の西条で、あえて辛口の酒にこだわってきた蔵です。「萬年」は、その亀齢が手がけるシリーズ。この一本は令和6年の表示がある吟醸酒です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
少し冷やしてグラスで。白身魚の刺身、鯛の塩焼き、牡蠣の酢の物など、広島の魚料理と。一升瓶なので、家族や仲間との集まりにも。
