KIRISHIMA No.8 is a sweet potato shochu brewed by Kirishima Shuzo in Miyazaki Prefecture. It is made using "Kirishima No. 8," a sweet potato variety developed exclusively for this purpose, and is crafted to achieve a fruity aroma reminiscent of Muscat grapes and oranges.
The "Elegance Yeast" creates a vibrant and effervescent flavor
By combining the yeast used for Kuro Kirishima with the exclusive "Elegance Yeast," this shochu achieves an elegant aroma and a burst of fruity flavor the moment it touches your palate. A convenient 490ml size is also available.
Recommended way to drink
Enjoy the fruity aroma slowly on the rocks or with water. Soda water is also recommended.
