KIRISHIMA No. 8 is an imo shochu brewed by Kirishima Shuzo in Miyazaki Prefecture. It is crafted using "Kirishima No. 8," a sweet potato cultivar developed specifically for this shochu, to achieve a fruity aroma reminiscent of Muscat grapes and mandarins.
