内容紹介
国分酒造協業組合は、鹿児島県霧島市国分の地で1998年にこの「いも麹 芋」を発表し、米麹を使わない100%芋焼酎という当時前例のなかった製法を確立しました。さつまいもで作った麹（いも麹）でさつまいもを発酵させるため、雑味の少ない、さつまいも本来の甘み・コクがまっすぐに感じられる味わいに仕上がっています。720mlならではの飲みきりやすさも魅力で、日々の晩酌用として気軽に楽しめる一本です。

ロックでじっくりと芋麹の旨味を味わうのはもちろん、お湯割りにすれば香りがより一層引き立ちます。焼き芋や芋けんぴなど、さつまいもを使った料理との相性も楽しい組み合わせです。
