Kozuru Koji is an imo shochu made by Komasa Brewery using yellow koji to ferment Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes grown by their contract farmers in Kagoshima Prefecture. By using yellow koji, which has been traditionally used in sake and shochu brewing for centuries, it brings out a fruity, mild aroma and gentle sweetness.
Balancing the delicious flavor of sweet potato with a refreshing aftertaste
While retaining the robust flavor of sweet potato, this shochu has a light and clean aftertaste with minimalクセ (peculiar notes), making it easy to drink even for those new to imo shochu.

Enjoy it on the rocks, with water, or with hot water, however you prefer.
