2026年10月18日発売、大口酒造の秋季限定「黒伊佐錦 新酒無濾過」1.8L。その年の夏に最初に仕込んだ、濾過をしない芋焼酎です。
濾過をせず、手作業で仕上げる新酒
「黒伊佐錦 新酒無濾過」は、鹿児島県伊佐市の大口酒造が秋に数量限定で出荷する芋焼酎です。8月に収穫した芋で、その年の夏に最初に仕込んだ焼酎を、濾過を一切せず手作業で不純物をすくい取って仕上げています。黒麹仕込み、常圧蒸留。2026年版は10月18日発売で、蔵元によると在庫がなくなり次第終了です。寒い時期に白いオリが出ることがありますが、品質に問題はありません。
おすすめの楽しみ方
無濾過ならではの旨みを、お湯割りでふくよかに、またはロックで力強く。秋の新酒の季節に、さつま揚げや豚の角煮、焼き芋と合わせて楽しんでください。
