ルジェは、フランス・ブルゴーニュ地方のディジョンで生まれたリキュールブランドで、日本ではサントリーが販売しています。「ルジェ クレーム ド カシス」は、黒すぐりの実・カシスの深い色合いと、濃厚な甘酸っぱさが特徴のリキュール。カシスオレンジやカシスソーダなど、居酒屋やバーでおなじみのカクテルのベースとして親しまれています。こちらは200mlのベビーボトルで、アルコール度数は20度です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
オレンジジュースで割れば定番のカシスオレンジ、ソーダで割ればすっきりしたカシスソーダに。ウーロン茶で割る「カシスウーロン」や、グレープフルーツジュース割りもおすすめです。小さなボトルなので、カクテル用の常備酒や、ほかのリキュールとの飲み比べにも重宝します。
