内容紹介
2019年はクリーミーなアタックとほのかなバター香を持ち、カシスやブルーベリー、ブラックベリーといった黒系果実にスミレやベルガモット、紅茶を思わせる複雑なアロマが重なります。濃厚さとエレガンスを兼ね備え、ビロードのようなタンニンと長い余韻が印象的な仕上がりです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
しっかりとした果実味と滑らかなタンニンを活かし、牛肉のグリルやジビエ料理、赤ワインソースを使った肉料理との相性が抜群です。抜栓後は少し時間を置くことで、香りの層がより豊かに広がります。
