内容紹介
ブアル100%を使用。発酵途中でブドウ由来のスピリッツを添加して発酵を止める、マデイラ伝統の製法で造られています。明るい琥珀色に、オイリーナッツやカラメル、イチジクを思わせる複雑な香りが特徴です。国際ワインチャレンジで複数回受賞している実力派です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
食後酒として、ブルーチーズやナッツ、チョコレートを使ったデザートとの相性が抜群です。開栓後も長期間楽しめます。
